BIOGRAPHY
'Antonietta Brandeis lived in Venice for many years. She devoted herself mostly to landscapes of the city and its surrounding countryside. She is particularly known for: The Regio Canal, Fishing, Santa Maria della Salute, The San Geremia Canal and The Canal of the Misericordia Abbey.' (Benezit, Dictionary of Artists, Paris, 2006).
